Community Lottery Chance

David Hide shares news of SMP’s latest fundraising opportunity.

As we move closer to realising our goal of a permanent memorial to Horsham's most famous citizen, Percy Bysshe Shelley, we are adding another fundraising opportunity for all of our supporters. We have teamed up with the Horsham District Community Lottery and, for as little a £1 a week, supporters can enter the weekly prize draw to be in with a chance of winning up to £25K!

At the same time the Shelley Memorial Project will receive 50% of the value of all tickets bought. All participants need to do is make sure they specify that they wish to support the Shelley Memorial Project when signing up.

We think this is a great opportunity for us to help reach our goal, while at the same time giving our supporters a chance of winning a big cash prize. Our fundraising target is £70,000. As of January 2024, we have already raised £20,000: over a quarter of the way to the funds needed to commission the artwork.
